| About | Marcia Renee Ross Stotts, 52, of Duncan Falls ,formerly of Zanesville, passed away on Sunday June 7, 2009 at Good Samaritan Hospital after a 16 month courageous battle with cancer. Marcia was born on November 23, 1956 in Rose Farm to Walter George "Dick" and Betty Mae Ross. Marcia was a graduate of Zanesville High School and was a devoted employee at Owens Brockway where she loved her job. She was a member of Glass Molders union 178, an avid walker, and a fan of The Ohio State Buckeyes. She loved the outdoors, boating, and had a green thumb. In addition to her parents she is survived by two sons, Tim (Angie Joseph) Coss of Duncan Falls and Eric (Kristen Miller) Stotts of Zanesville; a brother, Steven Brett Ross of Zanesville; two grandchildren, Quade and Tyler Joseph; two nieces, Abbie and Andrea Ross; a nephew, Adam (Emily) Ross; two great nephews, Olan Ross and Dylan Richardson; a special caregiver, Patti Roberts of Duncan Falls; and all of her friends from the Ya-Ya Sisterhood. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Theodore Calvin Ross, Mary Giles Ross, Carl Gardner, Grace Wilbur Gardner, and William L. Mae. Calling hours will be from 2-4 & 6-8 on Thursday, June 11 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 W. Military Rd., Zanesville. Funeral services will be on Saturday June 13 at 11 a.m. in The Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Richard Gatten officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. |
