| About | Margaret “Maggie” A. Parker, 53 of Heath, formerly of Zanesville, died 9:53 PM, Friday, May 20, 2022, at Licking Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. She was born Wednesday, December 25, 1968, in Columbus, the daughter of Rolland “Nelson” Parker and Frances (Burney) Parker. Maggie did not let her disabilities stop her from enjoying her life to the fullest, she was a fighter. Her daughter, Faith was Maggie’s pride and joy and brought her so much happiness. Family was very important to Maggie and she always enjoyed the time she spent with them. She will be sadly missed by all her friends who she considered her family. She was an avid Ohio State Buckeye Fan; she loved the Hallmark Movie Channel and loved her 31 Bags. Maggie is survived by her daughter: Faith Daniel Parker; three siblings: Tamara Baines, Rolland N. Parker, Jr. and Carol Parker, and many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Maggie was preceded in death by her parents. Friends may call from 12 Noon till 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at Southgate Church of Christ, 1075 South 30th Street, Heath, where services will follow at 2:00 PM, Pastor Rob Hartman officiating. In honor of Maggie’s love for her beloved buckeye’s everyone to asked to wear their Ohio State Attire. Maggie will be laid to rest with her grandparents, 11:00 AM, Wednesday, June 1, 2022, in Woodlawn Cemetery. |
