| About | Marguerite A. Mesre, 86, passed away Thursday, December 21, 2017 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House. She was born January 28, 1931 in Zanesville to the late Sam and Mary Nicely Mesre. Marguerite was a ZHS graduate and retired from the State of Ohio. She was a member of St. James Episcopal Church. Surviving are her brother George Mesre; a niece Jodi Witte; a nephew Sam Mesre; two great nieces Anna and Rachel; and a special friend Regina Ritchey. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters: Josphine Mesre and Yvonne Mesre; and three brothers: Mose Mesre, Nick Mesre and Herb Mesre. Calling hours will be from 11AM to 12PM Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Services will begin at 12PM, with Father Robert E. Willmann officiating and burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to St. James Episcopal Church, 155 North Sixth Street, Zanesville, OH 43701. |
