| About | Dr. Storts (Ohio State '57), 90, Fort Collins, Colorado, died July 18, 2023. He began his career as an instructor at Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Storts subsequently served as an instructor at The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. In 1966, he became a professor in what is now known as the Department of Veterinary Pathobiology at Texas A&M University School of Veterinary Medicine & Biomedical Sciences, retiring in 2006 as a professor emeritus. Dr. Storts was a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists. In 1998, The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine named him a Distinguished Alumnus. Dr. Storts also received awards for achievements in teaching from the Texas VMA and the Texas A&M Association of Former Students. He is survived by his wife, Janet; three children; and seven grandchildren. |
