| About | Randall Allen Harter, 68, passed away on Saturday, November 14, 2020 while in the care of Wexner Medical Center. Randy was born in Zanesville, Ohio on October 8, 1952. He is the son of Ethel Ann (Ray) Chase of Zanesville and the late Fredrick Leon Harter. He was a 1970 graduate of Zanesville High School. He worked for Finks Harley Davidson and he attended the Rushing Winds Church and was active with the Christ Crusaders. In addition to his mother, Randy is survived by his two sons, Jeremy (Carly) Harter, Austin (Max) Harter; his step-son, Jacob (Hye Jin) Imlay; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; his siblings, Julie (Lonnie) White, Jody (Matthew) Stevens, John (Carolyn) Harter, Jeanette (Terry) Kuhn, Edward (Laura) Peck, Fred (Tracy) Harter, Dan (Jennifer) Harter, Lola (Jack) Nichols, Katherine (Sam) Kirk, Angela (Patrick) Newman, Joyce (Jeff) Hoskinson and Erin Hayes; his first wife, Christine Harter and his second wife, Karen Miller-Harter. In addition to his father, Randy is preceded in death by his siblings, Deana Kirkbride, Kevin Harter, Kenda Murvine, Delmar “Corky” Bateson and Jeffery Harter and his step-mother, Nevelyn Harter. In keeping with his wishes a caring cremation will take place and a private graveside service will take place at a later date. The Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls is caring for the Harter family. |
