| About | Rebecca A. "Becky" Moran, 69, of Trinway, Ohio died Sunday morning, October 2, 2016 at Willow Haven Care Center in Zanesville, Ohio.Born February 1, 1947 in Zanesville she was a daughter of the late Francis and Cecilia (Kaminsky) Burrier and was a 1965 graduate of Zanesville High School. Mrs. Moran enjoyed doing Sudoku puzzles and watching Judge Judy on television. She was an avid football fan and her favorite teams were The Ohio State Buckeye's and the San Francisco 49'ers. Surviving is one daughter, Cece (Mike) Peters of Morehead City, North Carolina; a son, Michael Moran of Trinway; two grandchildren, Andrea Newsom and Brandin (Lexis) Peters; two brothers, B. G. (Pam) Burrier of Springfield, Missouri and Jim (Joyce) Burrier of Fostoria, Ohio and several nieces and nephews. Also surviving are two special friends, Flo Noland of Dresden, Ohio and Kay Norman of Zanesville.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Moran, whom she married May 27, 1965 and who died November 2, 2002; a sister, Sue Snyder and an infant brother, Edwin Burrier.There will be no calling hours or funeral services. |
