| About | Rita F. Tabler, 54, Zanesville, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2010 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born July 7,1955 to the late Jethro and Augusta Tabler-Croston. Rita was a bus driver for Zanesville City Schools for many years and a former employee of Grief Brothers. She is survived by two sisters, Charlette Lett of Zanesville and Cloris (David) Norman of Malta; three brothers, Ronnie (Tanya) Tabler and Charles Croston, both of Zanesville, and Kenith Croston of Xenia; Sheron Davis, whom she cared for like a son; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents; she was preceded in death by her stepfather, James R. Croston; two sisters, Shirley Ware and Barbara K. Tabler-Hill; four brothers, George, Delmar, Ricky and James Tabler. Calling hours will be Thursday, February 4, 2010 from 6 to 8 p.m. at Burrell Funeral Services, 414 LaSalle Street, Zanesville. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February 5, 2010 at the Wings of Hope Tabernacle, 709 Lee Street with Minister Terry F. Newman officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. |
