| About | Robert Edward Campbell (Bob), 89, A Naples, Florida resident for the past 36 years, passed away on October 26, 2023. Bob was born to Harvey and Louella Mae Campbell in Zanesville, Ohio in December 1933. He graduated from Ohio University with a BA degree and started his career as a salesman for Burrough's Corporation. He then became vice president and treasurer of a drug wholesale business that Cardinal Health acquired. When Cardinal went public, Bob was named vice president of Operations. He later transferred to Syracuse, NY, where he served as president of three divisions for the company in eastern New York before retiring to explore the world in 1987. Bob is survived by his cherished wife of 7 years, Janet; son Stephen (Julie); grandchildren, Randy (Ashley Paulus) Novak and Ryan (Danielle) Novak; and three, soon to be four grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jean (d. 2015), his son Jeffrey, parents Harvey and Mae Campbell, and sister, Carol Dusenbery. Bob and Janet enjoyed a close and loving relationship with Janet's four married children and her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. |
