| About | Robert G. Kokensparger, 88 of Zanesville, passed away on October 16, 2021 at Genesis Hospital. He was born on April 27, 1933, son of the late Albert Kokensparger and Gladys Gale Kokensparger. Robert graduated from Lash High School in 1951. He later worked at Greiner Dairy for 24 years in sales. Robert was a member of the Rolling Plains United Methodist Church and was also a member of the Eagles #302. He is survived by his sons, Jeff (Cynthia) Kokensparger, Craig (Vickie) Kokensparger; daughter, Joyce (George) Grimes; grandchildren, Jason, Jared, Adam, Cheyenne, Krysta; and great-grandchildren, Andrew and Jaxon. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife of 61 years, Eva Newell Kokensparger; sister, Bonnie Murphy; and 1 great-grandchild, Noah. Calling hours will be held on Wednesday October 20, 2021 from 2:00 PM- 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM- 8:00 PM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. Services will take place on Thursday October 21, 2021 at 10:00 AM at DeLong-Baker & Lanning Funeral Home. Burial will follow services at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. |
