| About | Aurora: Roberta Launder, 92, of Aurora, Ohio, formerly of Zanesville, passed away peacefully on July 25, 2017. She was born on August 18, 1924 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Robert and Alaine Guss. She is survived by one son Jerry (Sarah) Launder. One daughter Pam (Marc) Vosen. One granddaughter Leslie (Greg) Blot. One great-grandson Kyle Blot. One sister Irene Morrison. One brother Donald (Carolyn) Guss. Sisters-in-law Edith Launder, Mary Ford, Fritzi Guss, and Cecilia Guss. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Dale Edwin Launder. One son Duane Launder. One sister Pauline Fowler. Two brothers Robert Guss and Forest Guss. Three brothers-in-law William Fowler, LeRoy Morrison and Rolland Ford. We feel blessed that she and her new great-grandson were able to meet for the first time earlier this month. He brought her tremendous joy these past three weeks.
