| About | SOUTH BLOOMINGVILLE: Ronald N. Slater 66 of South Bloomingville, OH passed away at his home on Thursday November 15, 2012. He was born November 2, 1946 in Zanesville the son of the late Denzil C. and Mary E. Nelson Slater. He was a former employee of the City of Columbus Water Department, former member of the Putnum Presbyterian Church and he was a U.S. Army Veteran. He is survived by one sister Eileen (Don) Sgontz of Huber Heights, OH; several cousins, friends and his companion dog Midge. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Richard and Charles. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 noon on Tuesday November 20, 2012 at the William Thompson and Son Funeral Home 5765 Gladstone Dr White Cottage. Interment Norwich United Presbyterian Cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 11 until noon. |
