Rosalyn Taylor, 83 of Zanesville, died, Friday, December 3, 2021, at Genesis Hospital following a brief illness. She was born Friday, November 18, 1938, in Lima, the daughter of LeRoy Willie and Marcella (High) Wille. She was married on Sunday, September 18, 1960, to Andrew L. “Andy” Taylor who preceded her in death on Thursday, June 27, 2013. Rosalyn was a 1959 graduate of Bethesda School of Nursing. She served as a registered nurse with Bethesda Hospital, Dr. Charles Cerney and retired as a Home Health Nurse. She was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church where she was very active in Ladies Aide and the Altar Guild. Rosalyn was a loving and caring wife and mother. Rosalyn is survived by two sons: Scott Taylor and Tim Taylor both of Columbus; one brother: James & Susan Wille of Gahanna and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Rosalyn was preceded in death by her husband: Andy, and one sister: Alice Maxwell. Friends may call 9:00 to 11:30 AM, Tuesday, December 7, 2021, at Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, 128 South Seventh Street, Zanesville, where Funeral Services will follow at 11:30 AM, with Rev. Andrew Wilson officiating. Rosalyn will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband in Zanesville Memorial Park. |
