| About | Russell S. Cooper, 77, of 1517 Stanton Ave., died at 6am. Friday, March 15, 1991, at his residence. Mr. Cooper spent his lifetime in Zanesville and was a member of the Immanuel United Church of Christ. He retired in 1978 after 12 years of service with the Zanesville Mould Shop and formerly worked for Roseville Pottery and Mosaic Tile Co. Born July 4, 1913, in Zanesville, he was the son of Carl H. and Mary St. Clair Cooper. Surviving are his wife, Margaret "Betty" McManus Cooper of the home; two sons, Thomas J. Cooper of Zanesville and James R. Cooper of Hopewell; one brother, Robert G. Cooper of South Zanesville; 11 grandchildren and one great grandchild. He was preceded in death by one son, John Russell Cooper. Burial will be in Mount Olive Cemetery. |
