| About | LARGO, FL: Russell L. Adams, Sr., 82, of Largo, Florida passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at SunCoast Hospice surrounded by his family. He was born April 17, 1934 in Zanesville, Ohio, a son of the late Elizabeth Schmidt Chorjel and George Chorjel. He retired from Brockway Glass as an electrician. Russ loved the sun, beach, baseball and his fur-babies Harley and Peanut. Surviving are his loving wife, Marcia Adams, whom he married May 22, 1981; children Russell (Terri) Adams, Jr of Nashport and Debbie (John) Shaner of Brunswick, GA; stepchildren John Searl of Van Wert, OH, Jack ( Dawn )Smith of Zanesville, and Deborah Sellars of Zanesville; grandchildren Jason Tisonyai, Mikaela (Alex) Nash, Joshua Tisonyai, Jesica (Matt)Heid, Wm. Gerry Edgell Jr., Douglas (Jonathan) Edgell, David (Juice) Edgell, Rylee Smith, Corey (Ashati) Smith, Nick Smith, Zoe Smith, Christopher Searl, Alan (Maddie) Searl, Mikayla Searl, and Sean Searl; great grandchildren Tyler Nash, Haylie Daniels, Keith and Kyler Alexander, Rory Heid, Alica Underwood, Asher Smith, Kole Searl, Kaidence Searl, Kyler Searl, and Leo Searl. He is preceded in death by his parents, sisters Dorothea Denny and Frances St. Clair, stepchildren Shanda Angelo, Angie Smith and Michael Smith. In keeping with Russ's wishes, no services were held. |
