| About | Sally Arlene Tompkins, 76, of Zanesville passed away on Saturday August 21, 2021. She was born in Zanesville on February 22, 1945 to the late Robert and Dorothy Almendinger Best. She was a graduate of Zanesville High School and was a Realtor for Town and Country Reality. Sally enjoyed making crafts and checking on her friends to make sure they were doing well. Sally was the best friend a person could ask for. She was a devout member and dedicated her life to The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She is survived by a daughter Tiki Brown, a son Ronald Heath Tompkins, two brothers: Danny (Suzanne) Best and Roger (Sandy) Best, a sister Pam Rainer, and a granddaughter Sarah Brown. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Randall L. Tompkins who passed away on June 20, 2020, and two brothers: Bobby Best and Rance Best. Calling hours will be Wednesday August 25 from 3-6pm at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11am on Thursday in The Snouffer Chapel with Bishop Mark Pumphrey officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. |
