| About | Shelba J. Rice, 77, of Zanesville, passed away on Friday, July 17, 2015 at Willow Haven Nursing Home.She was born on July 9, 1938 in Woodsfield, Ohio a daughter of the late Arthur and Mabel Watts. She was a past president and trustee of Zanesville Eagles #302, member of Zanesville American Legion Post #29, and a former member of Good Sam Camping Club Chapter 24. She is survived by one son, Michael (Tanya) Rice; three grandchildren, Jonathan Rice, Katie Jo Rice, and T.J. Rice; two great-grandchildren, Mason Rice and Mia Rice; one brother, Bob (Jo) Watts; one sister-in-law, Shirley Rice. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard L. Rice; one grandson, Christopher Rice; one brother, Donald Watts; one brother-in-law, Louie Rice. |
