He was born July 18, 1957 in Little Rock, Arkansas to Thomas and Helen Burnett Sr. Thomas was a Fisheries Biologist, a graduate of Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, a U. S. Army veteran and an avid fisherman. He is survived by one son, Matthew Burnett of Benton, Arkansas; one daughter, Mandi Burnett of Sacramento, California; his parents, Thomas and Helen Burnett of Friendship; two brothers, Richard Burnett of North Carolina and Ronald Burnett of Friendship; also the mother of his children, Karen Burnett of Sacramento, California. |
