Diane Elizabeth Sapp was born to Mr. and Mrs. Leon Sapp in Oklahoma City, April, 8, 1951 and departed this life at home on December 5, 2011. Diane retired from Southwestern Bell after 30 years and worked for Oklahoma City Housing Authority for a short time. Diane graduated from Midwest City High School in 1969. Diane loved her Bombers and her Sooners. Her favorite saying was “Once a Bomber Always a Bomber.” Diane is survived by her sisters Judy and husband Terry Minter of Midwest City and Lynda and husband David Haggard of Midwest City; nephews James Minter of the home, Tim Minter and wife Lucy of Austin TX; David Haggard II and wife Nina of Oklahoma City; nieces Kim Minter of Austin TX and Jennifer Yashur and husband Tom of Midwest City; great nephew and nieces Nikki Minter of the home, Kayla and Cody Minter of Stratford OK; Madison Haggard of Newalla OK; Alex and Sabina Minter of Austin TX; and great-great nephew Cameron Parratt of the home. Preceded in death by her parents Leon and Goldie Sapp. The service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, December 9, 2011 at Bill Eisenhour Southeast Chapel in Del City with interment at Arlington Memory Gardens.
