John was born on January 9, 1951 to Claire Marie Korischar and Joseph Salvatore Cardoni in Oklahoma City. He grew up in Midwest City. He was a Master Sergeant in the 507 Air Force Reserves for 40 years at Tinker Air Force Base. He was married to wife Robin for 50 years, and together they had two children, Chris and Kim. He is survived by his wife, Robin Cardoni; two children, Chris Cardoni and Kim Jones; daughter-in-law Meg Cardoni; son-in-law Keith Jones; 5 grandchildren, Zac Cardoni, Violet Cardoni, Connor Cardoni, Graham Cardoni, and James Jones; 8 siblings, Arlene McNally, Suzanne Mullenix, Joe Cardoni, Terri Derrick, Becky Koonce, Donna Buwick, Cindy Beevers, and Jim Cardoni; and a host of other family and friends, with lots of nieces and nephews whom he dearly loved. He belonged to the Oklahoma City Gun Club. He was an outdoorsman, who loved to hunt and go fishing. He will be dearly missed. Services will be Monday, August 22, 2022 . |
