Events Richard Raymond Hudak peacefully passed away on January 22, 2024. He was born September 16, 1951, in Chicago, IL to Maryann Jean and Raymond Hudak. Rick, a sports participant and enthusiast, played sports growing up in Midwest City schools and in college at Southeastern Oklahoma State University. Following college, he briefly coached at both the high school and college levels. Rick continued his love of sports throughout the remainder of his life with activities such as sailing, automobiles, motorcycles, golf and regularly attended sporting events. Rick spent a large portion of his career in financial services and was nationally recognized for his sales abilities. He specialized in group benefits and investments for 20 years with Bentley Hudak Associates. Rick was also involved in several real estate and development projects in Oklahoma and Texas. Rick was active in the community, serving on several non-profit and private boards throughout the state. He supported cultural arts through his participation by serving as a judge for the Red Earth Art Festival, and as a donor and supporter of the Oklahoma City Art Museum, Festival of the Arts, and the National Cowboy and Western Heritage Museum. He was preceded in death by both parents, and younger brother, Robert Hudak. He is survived by his wife, Diana Hudak; his son, Corey March and family; his daughter Felicia Taylor and family, and many other loving relatives and friends. Family and friends are invited to attend the wake for Richard Hudak, which will be held on Sunday, January 28, 2024, at 6:00pm in the Chapel at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church.  Funeral Mass will be held at St. Eugene’s Catholic Church 2400 W. Hefner Road, Oklahoma City, OK  73120, on January 29, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.
