About | Gazette Times January 19, 1944-July 11, 2001 Richard William Burnap of Albany died Wednesday at his home. He was 57. He was born to William and Genevieve May Ball Burnap in Corvallis. He grew up in Corvallis and Redmond, graduating from Redmond High School, where he was very involved in 4-H. He moved to California and attended college and worked with computers. He returned to the Corvallis-Albany area during the early 1970's. He married Glenna Myer October 9, 1982, in Albany. They later divorced. He was a member of the First Assembly of God. Survivors include his son, Aaron of Albany; daughter Lydia Burnap of Albany; brother, Edward of Corvallis; sister, Sharron Martin of Idaho; a nephew; and two nieces. He was preceded in death by his parents. A graveside service will begin at 1pm Tuesday, July 17, in Oaklawn Cemetery ... NOTE: Dick was a Franklin School alum, and was at Highland and CHS with us until he moved to Redmond. |
