| About | Bill Belanger, 78, died peacefully at his floating home in Portland. He was born on March 3, 1942. He started in the masonry trade in 1966 and retired in March, 2001. He met his wife Sharon in 1978. He will be missed by many. At Bill's request there will not be a service. |
