| Events | A small gathering of friends occurred at his home! He was 77 yrs old at the time of his passing He was a long time resident of Eugene!! He retired after providing many years as a Special Education Teacher. He is survived by two Sisters Nancy Waggoner (Eugene) and Barbara Waggoner (Portland)! Noteworthy Mick served a short time in prison for refusing to enlist in the military during the Vietnam War! He applied for a CO status but was refused!
