She was born on July 9, 1981 in Sewickley, a daughter of the late Everett Earl Betts and Georgia (Donina) Delon and she was a member of St. Titus Catholic Church. Regina was a 1999 graduate of Aliquippa High School and she was attending cosmetology school in Florida. She loved her family and music, and she was a gifted and talented poet. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ralph and Betty McMillin; and her maternal grandfather, George (Dunny) Donina. Regina is survived by three daughters, Adelynn, Jaxson, and Raelynn Roll and their father, Rick Roll; her maternal grandmother, Mary Ann (Buggey) Donina; her step-father, Gary Delon; a brother, Aaron Betts and his wife Missy; a sister, Natalie Delon; a step-brother, Brandon Delon and his wife Katie; a step-sister, Nicole Wangelin and her husband John; an uncle, Ronald Donina and his wife Carol; and three aunts, Stacey Mastellino and her husband Enrico; Peg Young; and Betty Fetty. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
