Son of the late William P. and Elizabeth (Hickey) Obringer; brother of Lawrence (Jeri) Obringer, Ronald (Sara) Obringer, Christine (the late Regis) Schulz and Mary Erbel. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. William attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and was retired from the Baldwin-Whitehall School District. Among his many interests, he enjoyed creating wood carvings, watercolors and portraits. Arrangements were handled privately by the John F.
