We have been unable to locate Paul's next of kin he died suddenly in a accident last night we know his family is in Pittsburgh area we also know he graduated in 1977 he joined the military in 1977 and his house was yellow with a red door if anyone knows his family please have the, contact the Spokane county medical examiners office in Spokane Washington or our local sheriffs office or police department .
