| About | Pat, age 39, died in a Ford Explorer rollover in Santa Barbara, CA. He was a passenger in the SUV; the driver survived but Pat died at the scene. A passenger in another vehicle, that had been hit by the out-of-control SUV, also died several weeks later due to injuries she sustained in the crash. Pat graduated from IUP and spent some time in the Peace Corp. He moved to California and held high-level positions at many different advertising firms. He and a friend had just started their own advertising agency just a few months before his death. Pat was the beloved son of the late Pearl (Beerman) Marcoccia and Pasquale Marcoccia of Carnegie, and the brother of Angela Marcoccia, and half-brother of Jack Beerman. Pat is buried in Mt. Olivet Cemetery near his parents and his mother's first husband, Frank Beerman. Rest in Peace, Pat. |
