Duane D. Frazier Duane D. "Funk" Frazier, 54, of Chambersburg, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 13, 2015, at his home surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with Multiple Sclerosis. Born November 6, 1960, in Bedford, he was a son of M. Virginia Strayer Frazier of Chambersburg, and the late Dale Kirt Frazier. Duane was a 1978 graduate of Chambersburg Area Senior High School. Duane was a Computer Draftsman by trade. He was a member of St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church, Chambersburg. He enjoyed farming and doing handyman jobs, dirt track racing, hunting and spending time with his family. Surviving are his wife of 29 years, Jean Beth Porter Frazier; one daughter, Tiffany Lynn Frazier of Chambersburg; three brothers, Jerry Allan Frazier and Galen Paul Frazier, both of Chambersburg, and Mark Andrew Frazier and his wife, Ruth of Willow Hill; seven nieces and nephews; and seven great-nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Saturday, October 17, 2015 at 4:00 p.m. at St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church with Pastor Christopher Frye officiating. A viewing will be held Friday, from 7:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Luke Evangelical Lutheran Church, 2695 Luther Drive, Chambersburg, PA. 17202; or to the Lurgan Elementary School PTO, 8888 Roxbury Road, Lurgan, PA 17232. |
