| About | Gary E. Frantz, 71, passed away unexpectedly on December 20, 2024. He was born on March 3, 1953 in Ridgway, Pennsylvania to Richard and Julie Frantz. Gary was employed by General Motors for 35 years, from January of 1983 through his retirement in 2018. Gary moved to Gahanna for work and has lived there for 25 years. Gary will be remembered for his love of cars and motorsports, especially NASCAR. He loved his job, loved his coworkers and friends, and loved his wife, Elaine. He will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved him. Gary is preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Julie. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Elaine; brother, Richard, from Georgia; and in-laws Jack and Marilyn Lavelle and Patricia Hassis. |
