Patricia Ann "Pat" Bennett, 69, of Coudersport, PA passed away suddenly on Tuesday, February 19, 2013 at Geisinger Medical Center after a brief illness. Born on December 22, 1943 in Coudersport, she was the daughter of Hugh D. and Violet Willoughby Rossman. Pat was a graduate of Coudersport High School and was a longtime member of the Coudersport Free Methodist Church. She was also a member of the Coudersport Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are her longtime companion, Lawrence Beldin of Coudersport, four children, Aaron (Missie) Bennett of Dunkirk, NY, Mary (Rick) Headdy of Womelsdorf, PA, Scott Bundy of Belmont, NY, and Larry (Heather) Beldin of Coudersport, six grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, two brothers, Hubert (Debbie) Rossman of Brownsville, TX and Tom Rossman of Emporium, PA, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother and one sister. Friends were invited to attend a memorial service held at 4:00pm Friday, February 22, 2013 at The Spot, 1237 E. Second Street, Coudersport, PA with the Reverend Peter Tremblay, pastor of the Coudersport Free Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be at the convenience of the family in Eulalia Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Coudersport Volunteer Fire Department Ladies Auxiliary, PO Box 161, Coudersport, PA 16915.
