| About | With profound sadness and deep gratitude for a life beautifully lived, we announce the peaceful passing of Barbara Louise Breisch (Jamieson), a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, friend, and devoted follower of Christ. Surrounded by the love and laughter of her family and close friends in the days and nights leading up to her passing, Barbara died peacefully on September 2, 2026, while receiving hospice care. Her final days reflected the way she lived her life: embraced by family, friendship, and love. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Barbara made her home in Delran, New Jersey with her beloved husband, Bill, more than 50 years ago. Here, they built a life rooted in family, service, compassion, and community. For 59 wonderful years, they shared a marriage marked by enduring love, faith, partnership, and unwavering commitment. Above all else, she cherished her family. Barbara was the loving mother of three children (Robert Breisch (Alison), Donna Rugh (Bill), and Andrew Breisch (Lauren)). She was the proud grandmother of twelve grandchildren, each of whom brought immense joy and pride to her life. Her home was always a place of welcome, comfort, laughter, and scoops of ice cream for Hayley, Ben, Justin, Ethan, Erin, Aidan, Ryan, Leah, Noah, Ava, Mia, and Ella. A woman of strong Christian faith, Barbara lived her beliefs through service to others. She was a dedicated member of the Fellowship Community Church and faithfully served in many capacities as a member of the congregation. For more than twenty years, she devoted herself to the South Jersey Women's Retreat, touching countless lives through encouragement, fellowship, mentorship, and her steadfast witness of God's love. Her faith was not simply something she professed, but something she lived every day. Those who knew Barbara will remember her smile, laugh, gentle spirit, generous heart, and remarkable ability to make everyone feel valued and welcomed. She possessed the rare gift of turning acquaintances into friends and friends into family. Her circle of friendships was vast, and the impact she made on others is impossible to measure. While her family grieves her absence, they find comfort knowing that she has been welcomed into the presence of her Savior, whom she faithfully loved and served throughout her life; joining many dear friends and loved ones she has missed. Barbara was 80 years old and leaves behind her devoted husband, three loving children, twelve cherished grandchildren, countless dear extended family and friends. Though deeply missed, Barbara will forever remain in the hearts of all whose lives she touched. Her love endures, her faith remains an example, and her memory will be a blessing for generations to come. "Well done, good and faithful servant." Matthew 25:23 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Barbara's name to the Fellowship Community Church. |
