| About | Michael Richard Dolak, 38, of 334 Ettwein St., Bethlehem, died Wednesday in Leader Nursing and Rehabilitation Center I, Bethlehem. He worked for M.W. Wood Co., Allentown, for 17 years before retiring in 1992 as regional director of the North Central Region, overseeing operations at 12 different nursing homes for eight years. He previously represented the company in Camden and Cherry Hill, N.J.; Sunbury, Northumberland County, and Hershey and Pittsburgh. Born in Bethlehem, he was a son of Stephen J. Sr. and Rose (Reilly) Dolak of Bethlehem. He was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Bethlehem. Survivors: Parents; sisters, Nancy Spadt of Allentown, Cathy Tarakai of Bethlehem and Sister Eileen Dolak of Washington, D.C., and brothers, Stephen J. Jr. and Joseph R., both of Bethlehem, and James of Fort Collins, Colo. Services: 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Connell Funeral Home, 245 E. Broad St., Bethlehem; Mass at 11 a.m. in the church.
