Events | Robert Eugene Daniels, affectionately known as “Kim Kim,” was born Wednesday, January 26, 1955, in Harrisburg, PA, from the union of the late Barbara Daniels Smith and Johnny Montgomery. Robert graduated from Harrisburg High, Class of 1973. After graduation he became employed as an inspector at Harrisburg Steel Corporation. He then acquired an interest in the barbering profession later graduating from the former Hudson Barber School. He was formerly employed by Cargill (Vantage Foods) and retired from Penn Home Care. Robert enjoyed life, and he loved the Lord. He was united in Christian fellowship with Mt. Zion Church of God in Christ, Harrisburg. Robert was a no-nonsense, cool guy, never speaking bad about anyone. He was a giving person with a good heart. Traveling, shopping, watching TV, especially Westerns and NFL Sports, were among his favorite pastimes. Foremost, he loved spending time with his family and friends. While at his Harrisburg home, on Thursday, January 4, 2024, at sixty-eight years of age, Robert transitioned from time to eternity joining his parents and his wife, Sharon Daniels. Loving memories will be cherished by his wife, Clara Poole; son, Glenn Johnson; stepfather, Edgar Smith; stepson, Jayson Johnson; siblings, Barbara Smith, Kevin Smith, Pamela Smith, Edgar Smith Jr., Eric Smith, Derrick Smith, Tara Smith-Napper, Durrell Smith; grandchildren, Jaylen Watts, Whitney Johnson Gordon, LaReese Dean, Tayah Johnson Garrett; six great-grandchildren, other family members and friends. |
