| About | Sheila L. Allen Howard, daughter of the late Charles E. Allen Sr and Margaretta L. Allen, was born May 19, 1955 in Harrisburg, Pa. She was educated in the public and graduated from Harrisburg High School in 1973. She was a homemaker who enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and spending time with family. Sheila was formerly married to James F. Howard and from this union two children were born, Jamal and Janell Howard. She was a loving mother, daughter, grandmother, sister and friend. December 7, 2015, Sheila transitioned from this life into the next. She leaves to mourn her mother Margaretta Allen; Three siblings Beatrice Allen , Charles Allen Jr. and Anthony Allen; Two children Jamal Howard and Janell Howard; Three grandchildren Jarell, Terrance Jr. and Trinytee; and a host of relatives and friends. |
