| About | Richard L. Jackson, 49, of West Chester, passed away on Friday, September 15, 2017. Rick grew up in Honesdale, the son of the late Edgar and Shirley Wilcox Jackson. He moved to the West Chester area at the age of 19. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Trevor, Tyler and Miranda Jackson, Kelliann Diamond and Kerri Cline. His siblings and their spouses, nieces and nephews all still live in the Honesdale area.
