She was born March 29, 1926 in Jeannette, Pennsylvania to Thomas and Anna Deluzio. Dee and her husband Denny (married 39 years) moved to Prescott from Los Angeles in February 1989. While in Los Angeles they were members of the Bel Air Country Club and the Jonathan Club. Dee volunteered at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center for 20 years in the newborn center and escort services. She was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Bowling was one of Dee’s favorite pastimes, and she was on many bowling leagues throughout her life. She also had so much fun playing triple solitaire with her family. Surviving family includes two sons: Byron Werner and Dale Werner; four daughters: Nancy Johnson and her husband Rich, Cathy Ross, Carol Snyder and her husband Bob, and Joyce Guerra and her husband Michael; four grandchildren: Caitlyn Ross, Taylor Ross, Hayden Ross, and Deanna Johnson.
