Zon James Fleckenstein, 22, of Versailles, departed this world Saturday, Aug. 1, 2009, riding the motorcycle he loved. He was born Jan. 10, 1987, in McKeesport. He was an avid sportsman and a lifetime member of the NRA and the Elizabeth Township Sportsmen's Association. He was also an EMT and a proud member of the Versailles Volunteer Fire Company No. 1. Zon was employed by the Allegheny County Department of Records, where he was a shop steward for SEIU Local No. 668. Zon is survived by his parents, Jim and Lisa (Roka) Fleckenstein; his brother, Zar Fleckenstein; his grandfather, Alex Roka; his aunts, Linda (Jim) Sheedy and Janet Little; his uncles, Lucky Roka, Buzz (Michelle) Roka and John Roka; and also his cousins. He touched many lives in his short life and will be missed deeply by all. |
