About | Charles E. Schwanger, 'cycle accident victim New Bloomfield Charles E. Schwanger, 25, of New Bloomfield RD2, died Sunday of injuries suffered in a motorcycle accident. He was an employee of J.W. Smith Auto Body, and a member of the Abate of PA Motorcycle Club. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Debra J. Schwanger; two daughters, Tisha A. and Natasha M., both at home; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. John T. Schwanger of Lilly, two brothers, John T. of New Bloomfield RD 1 and WIlliam J. of Elliotsburg; a sister, Ramona J. Egolf of New Bloomfield RD 2; his maternal grandparents, Mrs. Mable Foose of New Bloomfield RD 2 and Mervin Shuman of Elizabethtown; his paternal grandmother, MRs. Madelyn Schwanger of Lilly, and his maternal great-grandmother, Susan Smith of Landisburg RD 2. Services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday in the Nickel Funeral Home, Loysville, with the Rev. W. Stevens Shipman officiating. Burial will be in the Blain cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and after 8 a.m. Wednesday. The Patriot 15 July 1986 |
