John Allen Stanford Trice, 19, of Smithton, died Thursday, July 16, 2015. He was a 2014 graduate of Yough High School and was attending Westmoreland County Community College. John was employed by Trice’s Construction, Larry Lint Flooring, and by the Renaissance Festival. Surviving are his parents, Michael and Tammy (Kolar) Trice, Sr.; brothers, Michael (Rachael) Trice, Dempster (Crystal) Trice, Cortland (Kelly "Opie") Trice, Ricky Trice, Edward Trice, Orie Trice, Austin Trice, Andre Stanford, and Tristan Tarquino; sisters, Priscilla (Dean) Truszka, Amberlean-Wanda Trice, Samantha Trice, Terria Trice, Karena LaVelle, Chantal LaVelle, and D’Ja LaVelle; grandparents, Pauline and Steve Toth, Arthur Kolar, and Wayne Trice; uncle, Dane Stanford and companion Taina Negron; 20 nieces and nephews, with one on the way, to be named Andre D’Jon Stanford. He was preceded in death by grandmothers, Dolores Trice and Eloise Stanford; his birth father, Andre Stanford Sr.; and aunt, Crystal Stanford. Friends will be received 6-8 pm Sunday and 2-4 & 6-8 pm Monday at the J. William McCauley, Jr. Funeral Home, Inc. 901 Vine St. West Newton. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 am Tuesday at the First Baptist Church, Vine and S. 6th St., West Newton. Everyone will meet at church. |
