| About | Janet Perry Janet (McLeish) Perry, age 67, of Middletown, RI, passed away at home on Friday, December 28, 2018, surrounded by her family & friends. Janet was born in Newport, RI to the late James McLeish and Dorothy (Scott) McLeish. Janet graduated from Middletown High School in 1969, where she excelled in many sports and was known as "Babe Ruth". She worked at Aquidneck Lanes in Middletown for many years, where she taught many children how to bowl. Janet was an excellent bowler & held the Women's High Average in Rhode Island. She also worked at NUWC as a Systems Analyst for over 25 years before retiring in 2015. Janet loved spending her summer days at 3rd beach with family and friends. She liked nothing better than being with her children and grandchildren and she never missed a sporting event they played in. She also loved her Red Sox & Patriots! |
