Charlotte was born and raised in Greenville where she attended Anderson St, Greenville Jr High and GHS, class of 61. She was a technician and teacher of OB interns for 38 years at both General and Memorial Hospitals. She helped deliver thousands of infants....including many GHS babies and even her 2 grandchildren and 1 nephew. In retirement, Charlotte became known as "the Cake Lady" and along with her daughter, Meg, and granddaughter,Nichole, the 3 generation team sold delicious cakes and shared samples at the Greenville County Farmer's Market. Charlotte is survived by her daughter, Meg, sister Mary, 1 niece, 2 nephews, 2 grandchildren, and 2 great grands. |
