About | Ronald S. Sichmeller, 42, Webster, died of multiple sclerosis Tuesday, February 4, 1992 at Aberdeen Living Center. His funeral was February 7 at Christ the Kind Catholic Church in Webster. The Rev. John Garvey and Sister Karen LaFollette officiated. Burial was in teh Soldiers Circle in the Webster Cemetery with military graveside rites by American Legion Herbert-McKennett Post No. 40 of Webster. Ronald S. Sickmeller was born on November 1, 1949 to Stanley and Clara (Block) Sichmeller at Webster. He attended school in Webster and Minneapolis, Minn., and graduated from high school in Webster in 1968. He entered the U.S. Army in May 1968 and obtained the rank of specialist four. He received a medical discharge in August 1971 and worked as a trucker and did construction work until 1982 when he retired for medical reasons. He married Jill Gross of Raymond Nov. 9, 1972 in Webster. Survivors include one son, Lance Mills; his parents of Webster; two sisters, Charlene Larson of Webster and Mrs. Milo (Deborah) Hiles of Newolla, Okla.; and two brohters, Galen Sichmeller of Butler and Brian Sichmeller of Webster. He was proceeded in death by one brother. |
