About | COOKEVILLE -- Funeral services for Todd Douglas Fuller, 45, of Bloomington Springs, will be held at 5 p.m. on Saturday, March 21, at Crest Lawn Funeral Home and Cremation Center. The family will receive friends from 5-9 p.m. on Friday, March 20, and from 4 p.m. until time of services on Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Fuller died Wednesday, March 18, 2009, at his residence. He was born Dec. 27, 1963, in Oak Ridge to Kenneth R. and Carol J. McAnally Fuller. Mr. Fuller was a certified master mechanic and was owner and operator of Fuller's Automotive in Cookeville. In addition to his parents, his family includes his wife, Cindy Kay Fuller of Bloomington Springs; a sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Josh Winscott of Cookeville; a nephew and his wife, Josh and Stacey Wells of Cookeville; his grandfather, John T. Fuller of Cookeville; his in-laws, Darlene T. Taglione and husband Alexander of Orlando, Fla.; his father-in-law, Benjamin A. Todd of Sheriddan, Ill.; his grandpa and grandma, Ravie and Lonnie Young of Deer Lodge; and his beloved dog, Roscoe. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Evelyn J. Fuller, Mary E.
