| About | Funeral services for Edward John Barkley, 43, of Bay City will be held 2 p. m. Wednesday at the Taylor Brothers Funeral Home chapel with the Rev. Hugh Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Cedarvale Cemetery in Bay City. Mr. Barkley was born April 23, 1947, to Howard Norman and Margaret Kilbride Barkley Sr. in Bay City and died April 6, 1991, at his home. He was a member of St. Mark’s Episcopal Church. He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Barkley Williams of Bay City; a niece, Margaret Barkley Golsbee of Houston; a sister-in-law, Cleo Blaylock Barkley of Houston; and a nephew, Travis Williams.
