| About | Randy passed away on May 8, 2005 at his home...He was born May 28, 1953 in Lubbock. He was a 1971 graduate of Estacado High School, where he proudly served as student council president his senior year. Randy was also very active on the tennis team. He was the only son of the late Winifred and Fern Hallman and the loving brother of three surviving sisters, Charlotte, Darla, and Suzanne. |
