About | Jack Lee Goeman, 44, was called Home Thursday, January 22, 2009. A Celebration of Life memorial service will be 11 a.m. Monday, January 26, 2009 at Keeper's of the Flame Church, 5278 34th Street, Lubbock, TX, with Pastor Johnny Davis officiating. Jack was born in Scottsbluff, Neb., and had lived in Texas most of his adult life. He was a framing carpenter who loved to fish, hang out with friends, to ride his motorcycle and play his guitars. He will be remembered for his sense of humor, loyalty, and integrity by all who knew and loved him. Jack was preceded in death by his grandparents, Bob and Dorothy Goeman, Albert and Marie Stewart, and father, Jack L. Goeman. He is survived by his daughter, Emily Goeman of Austin; mother, Erla (Ken) Cason of Lubbock; Tanya Bacon of Lubbock; sister, LeAnne Kemper of Colorado Springs, Colo.; brothers, Stewart (Darlene) Goeman of Bradenton, Fla. and Charlie (Francis) Gillespie of Magnolia; an uncle, Don Goeman of Tie Siding, Wyo.; an aunt, Cindy Bowness of Shell Knob, Mo.; stepsister, Mickie (Gene) Shuey; stepbrother, Billy (Shelley) Meeks; as well as nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. |
