| About | Elaine passed away November 10, 2017 after a year long battle with Metastatic Liver Cancer. Elaine was born August 19, 1954 in Wolfe City, Texas. She moved from Winfield, Kansas to Galveston in 2017 after her cancer diagnosis to be closer to family. She is survived by her 4 children- Brandi (Williams) Lopez of Greenville, Cristi (Williams) Kitchen of Galveston, Randal Williams, Jr and Kenneth Smith of Wichita Falls; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Elaine's spirit for adventure, courage, and love for family was seen throughout her life and will be remembered by all those she encountered in life. |
