She was born December 3, 1960 in Frankfort, Germany the daughter of George Irwin and Shirley Lavon Giles Marcotte. Services will be 10 AM Monday, August 16, 2021 at Southside Church of Christ in Mineral Wells. Burial will follow in Woodland Park Cemetery. She is survived by her sister and brother-in-law: Tamera Ann and Larry Rollins, nephew: David Rollins and family, and numerous cousins.
