He died immedMike Joseph "Bubba" Juhlin Jr., 43, of Paris passed away Friday, July 8, 2005, at Good Shephard Medical Center in Linden. Funeral services are scheduled for 3 p.m. Tuesday, July 12, at Bright-Holland Funeral Home with the Rev. Merwin Moss Jr. officiating. Burial follows in Red Hill Cemetery. The family receives friends from 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home and at the home of Patricia Juhlin at other times. He was born April 16, 1962, in Dallas, the son of Mike Juhlin Sr. and Patricia White Juhlin. He graduated from North Lamar High School in 1980 and was a member of the Panther all-district and regional football teams. He attended Cisco Junior College and East Texas State University. He was self employed, owning and operating his own truck. He was preceded in death by his father; grandfathers, Otis White and Paul Juhlin Sr.; uncles, Orville White and Paul Junior Juhlin; great-aunt, Virginia Thompson; and great-uncle, A.H. Ford Jr. Survivors include his companion, Mary Gilmore; his mother, Patricia White Juhlin of Paris; step- daughter, Cicley; sister, Sandra Juhlin-Patterson and husband, Dennis, of Paris; nephew, Eric Juhlin; grandmothers, Alta White of Paris and Zula Juhlin of Avinger; his mother-in-law, Pearley Mae Whitson Lewis; aunts and uncles, Darrell and Sandra White of Paris, Dewayne and Betty White of Clardy, Kerry and Cathy White of Mount Pleasant, Carl Juhlin of Avinger, Nancy Juhlin of Dallas, Elke White of Kempner; cousins, Wade White of Arizona, Brent and Kim White of Mount Pleasant, Leslie White of San Angelo, Angie Woolard of Copperas Cove, Peggy Myers of Denver, Joe David and Paula White of Powderly, Paula and Bruce Juhlin of Dallas; various other cousins; and a great-niece, Victoria. |
