Hannah was born in Washington, D.C. in July 1949. Her family moved to Texas City, TX when she was a small child and she graduated from Texas City High School in May 1968. Inadditon to attending college and getting four different degrees, she served in the U.S. Army for a while and was honorably discharged in 1977. She raised and showed canaries, winning local and national awards. She relocated to Lewiston, Idaho to be closer to family. She married Mr. Packard in 1999. A celebraton of Hannah's life was held March 7, 2004 at the Moscow Christian Life Center. |
